About Emily

A passion for creating spaces

Chestnut Collective grew out of Emily’s years of experience in the fields of Infant Mental Health, Perinatal Mental Health, and reflective clinical practice. Through this work, she has witnessed the many ways stress, emotion, trauma, and life transitions can live in the body — and how healing often asks for more than one pathway of support.

Most recently, Emily has expanded her training to include energy-based healing practices, including certification in Emotion Code work. This complementary modality offers a gentle way to support clients in exploring and releasing trapped emotions while continuing to move toward their personal goals, healing, and growth.

Chestnut Collective is also a space for Emily’s continued support of clinicians and helping professionals through reflective consultation, mentorship, and meaningful connection.
